Thread (sorry Grislee): There's a little piece in the June issue of Wired magazine re DBCC, wherein an IPO in the fall for MarketWatch is seen as a near certainty. Imperiale talks about how DBCC is changing over to internet and how that expense is hurting earnings, yet the market doesn't value the company as an internet enterprise.
