Thread: Two questions of fact about which I still am having trouble finding information. 1. Banyan Healthcare Services - the deal with Banyan is what induced my purchase of MDIX. But I am having trouble finding any information about Banyan, other than a stock quote and their website, which is ot very informative. Banyan's ability and likelihood of acquiring MDIX's staffing services is absolutely critical to the future of MDIX, but I am unable to assess the likelihood of the deal's completion. Can anyone help me, please? 2. What is the ownership position of Mr. Yeros, Mr. Keith and other executives/directors in MDIX? I know I should be able to find this information, but I'm having difficulty. Does anyone have any perception as to how significant their ownership position is in comparison with their overall financial positions? Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.
