Your theory that MSFT has defined its explorer as a business application program, and it is illeagal to bundle the explorer into WIN98 which is an OS is funny and ridiculous.
Just like the INTEL's CPU, it is defined as a central processor to control the operation of the PC, i.e the brain itself. , and on the mother board, you have the video, audio,
modem chip , which just like the hands , legs, mouths, eyes of human, and all are controlled by the CPU, which is the brain,To make the whole PC system operate faster and reduce the cost of motherboard manufacturers, Intel needs to integrate
all those Audio, video, modem, memory into the CPU.However, based on your theory, Yesterday's "A" can not be "B" today, it has to be "A" all the time, INTEL can't integrate , because all those video, audio, Modem, memory functions were not
defined as part of the CPU twenty years ago when the CPU was invented, eventhough based on today's environment , there is a need to integrate those functions into the CPU. And this the the end of the CPU business and high tech industry in general if yours and the DOJ theory is put into practice, the real world.

TheD OJ is the biggest monopoly itself. It has the power to decide where our high tech industry should head to (That is what it monopolize), but without the knowledge and vision. This is the most dangerous thing. Those twenty AGs, I bet non of them know anything about software and the high tech in general, but they have the power
to decide what the high tech industry should be and have the power to decide what the OS should be . The is the most strange and funny thing in this show !!!!

That is another reason that I suggest we should vote a candidate from the high tech
industry into the white house for the next president to make sure the high tech industry heading toward the right direction in the next 5 0 years, which will benefit
most of the American people and the whole world.
