CIST? Gawwwwwwwd, no. My nightmare? Never, ever again will I invest in a penny stock. :-)
Donna should be willing to update you, to a degree, on second generation PIs. I haven't checked for a LONG time, but they were interested in (1) something that would be as efficacious as V. but simpler to synthesize, and (2) a cheaper/easier route to a chemical intermediate for V.
BTW.... that's another thing about AGPH.... I was in frequent contact with IR at the company when it was Donna, period. I talked with them frequently, and I was lucky enough to be hosted at the facilities on a couple of occasions. I never, not once, got any info that was not publically available to any other shareholder. The company simply was not leaky. However, I got a continuous feel for morale and a clear feel for the public information which was of most importance to the company's direction.
I was exclusively retained by a major biotech underwriter during '96 and '97. I continuously, daily, passed my enthusiasm on to them. They didn't read the public info in the fashion that I read it, and they never initiated enthusiastic coverage, missing *the* biotech success story of the period.
