I just trying to figure out how MRVC can go about getting a new IB; One is using them to help with company buyouts and takeovers, yet MRVC just completed the Xlpex, so this option is at least a year away, unless MRVC is the company being accuired.

Two a buyback program that MRVC uses the IB to repurchase shares. The IB love these programs. They have large blocks to buy in certain price ranges, and they make a ton for them selves in the progress of working the buyback programs. Typically buyback programs can be for retiring shares or for covering the options and warrents that have been issued. I believe that companies can buyback shares to cover options and warrents without annoucing it as a buyback program, but I am not familar with the regulations on this issue.

These are only the ideas that I have come up with to increase share holder value. Per the CC MRVC said they would persue new IB relationships and ways to increase shareholder value. But I have not heard or seen anything form the company as of yet. It should be getting close to annoucing something some these things typically happen pretty quickly.
