I'm not sure about this, but here it goes:
Technically, puts are sold naked if you are not short the equivalent security. If you are short 100 shares, and sell 1 put contract, it is not considered naked.

I am thinking about selling calls on my Intel stock to gain some extra revenue in this "slow growth" period...looking for a $2-$3 premium, strike around $90..Any comments??
