Jim,

It is 3:40 on friday before a long weekend.
The perfect time to put in a 200,000 share market buy order.
So what if I drive the stock I am trying to buy 1 1/2 points during the mkt exicution.
After all, I am buying the stock I want it to go up, so what if my average price is 1/2 a point higher than if I were paitent with the order.
Friday afternoon with 20 minuits to trade and I am putting in a panic buy order because if I don't have it over the weekend I will go crazy.

I don't think so.
Some one or some ones jamed it once trading had slowed. They wanted the stock to move up at the close.
It was most likely DELL in on their stock buy back.

Jim
