Hummmm...... I wonder what happened to post 255.5? It disappeared into thin air. Oh well, it's probably best! Besides, Fhanestock doesn't need me rubbing it in their noses. They have enough to deal with. Remember, it's JUST MY OPINION that they're the number one short. I have a feeling they've made a HUGE MISTAKE!

Please remember, in NO WAY do I want anyone to bother Fhanestock. I won't be bothering them, so don't you bother them either. They have a right to peaceably exist, just like any other brokerage firm.

I strongly believe there needs to be a revision to the laws that govern short trading, but that's just my personal opinion. Does anyone know of some heroic attorney willing and able to further this cause? Short traders have too much leeway, especially when the long, who owns the stock, has no idea his security is being pledged to further the demise of his investment. There needs to be a simple method of preventing one's shares from being used by the shorts, without having to take possession of the stock certificates.

Best of Luck, Greg
