Y2k concerns are likely to be featured more and more in our everyday
lives....Y2k the movie will be playing downtonwn soon enough. Here's a site to keep up with Y2k developments at the S & P 500
companies:
yardeni.com.

I found what's going on at FORD. All of the block action has been
conversion of warrants to shares. Lots of dilution going on, but the
Co. just received a much larger credit facility, so perhaps an acquisition is in the plan. I'm not keen on dilution without demonstraded growth, so I've changed my opinion on FORD, to a pass.

Another stock on my big block trade list is POOR. Would you believe that they've got some Reg. D convertibles to go with their chips and salsa. Co. is introducing a few new products and is featured at a growth conference next week. Tava is also a featured co. at this conference. POOR looks ok for a quick play, but is not a hold stock for me. The growth conference:
biz.yahoo.com

LMAR is scratched from my list. I was attracted by the cash position at first glance until I noticed the debt. Co. is in trouble and needs to pull off something special in order to stay afloat.

I'm still looking at ENVG and DGIT.
