Freddie,

I have read the last three dozen or so posts and I HAVE NO PROBLEM with your actions. Regardless of what DICK or others have been flaming you about, the company needs to know that honest shareholders care enough about their investments to request a professional check-up. That is your right. At least it was the last time I checked. I doubt you will hear anything from them but it was your right to call a CPA, SEC or personal financial manager to look into your investment. I have stated I am a shareholder and my account records will prove I am. I believe the company will be successful but has problems now. Hopefully, an aggressvie approach and a firm hand will resovle these problems. But, IMO you were flamed needlessly.

I have also been involved in a company, a very successful NYSE company that was halted several years back. It was every bit as nerve racking as has been pointed out. Yet, the stock did trade again, and I lost a bundle because I sold out of fear and anquish. If I had held on, my investment returned to the former level and beyond. My point, your money is on the line and you do what you need to do because its your money on the line. I might suggest though that if you need to resort to such action, it would be a whole lot more restful for you to cut bait and sell. I don't say that out of malice as has been encouraged here but as a practical matter because no company is worth your health.

Kevin - long winded calling it like I see it.
