Infocall Settles For No Less Than America's Best

MCLEAN, VA., May 13, 1997 /Stock-Line.com/ -- As previously reported in Stock-Line.com, Infocall Communications Corp., a public company (OTC BB: INFE), announced today it has signed a binding letter of intent to acquire America's Best Employer, a staff leasing firm located in McLean, Virginia. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

America's Best Employer's revenues are projected at between $5-$10 million over the next twelve months. According to Tom Richfield, President & CEO of Infocall, "This acquisition will become a platform through which we will grow our staff leasing division. We are aggressively shopping for acquisition candidates with a goal to grow this division to over $50 million in revenue by the end of 1997."

America's Best Employer was formed in August of 1996. Since that time the company has been installing and testing its computer systems and developing it's benefits programs and marketing plans. The company plans to grow primarily through acquisitions and thus has spent a majority of its time in identifying qualified prospects.

Infocall Communications Corp. headquartered in Tysons Corner, Virginia, is a provider of personnel services in temporary help, permanent placement, technical services and staff leasing.
