About all DS lacks is longterm debt and competitors for most of
their product lines. The electronics suppliers indicate some
price increase for '96 in the product area I am most familiar with
System Extension, vis a vis, DS1620 digital thermometer.

Can anyone give a technical evaluation of the products or business
itself?
