You folks sure are preoccupied with warrants and additional stock. The next warrants are exercisible on February 23, 1997. As a general rule, a stock will lose about as much as there is dilution. The dilution will be about 6%, so I expect the stock to back off about that amount. I also think that by the end of January the stock price will be well over $10. You are near-sighted about some things. Does it make any difference what the stock does in February if it is going to the multi-hundred mark??? Of course not -- extend your vision a little bit, look past the end of your nose.

IPM is the major topic in Compuserve today, 32 posts up in less than 24 hours. I have sent the Struther's reports to 8 new people and we picked up some big players as stock holders recently. The gist of the E-mails I'm getting are that the President's letter was really impressive. I was impressed with it for sure and it reinforces what I have been saying for 2 years+. I want to remind you folks that the management is not some nit-wit college puke running a stock play. The boss has 36 years in as a geo-physicist and has brought a number of mines on stream. The 2 most important things with a junior miner are management skills and the ability to raise capital, IPM has both covered.
