Thanks for the great post! One thing I was confused over, didn't the news release state ICVI aquired ME? According to your post it looks the other way around? Which is it? I imagine it may be confusing to others also.

***"ME just acquired ICVI, which was just a piece of crap but it was useful because it was a BB shell. And now with the name change, the shorts have to close out their books in the next two weeks. Folks, all I have to say is the next two weeks are going to be mighty interesting."
