Sorry for the late response, but I've been out of town (and out of the country) for a couple weeks. You missed the footnote (3) which I've attached below:
(3) Includes warrants to purchase 2,079,584 shares of Common Stock at an exercise price of $0.01 per share exercisable until December 31, 2005, warrants to purchase 67,587 shares of Common Stock at an exercise price of $0.07 per share exercisable until December 31, 2000, and warrants to purchase 126,895 shares of Common Stock at an exercise price of $0.01 per share exercisable until December 31, 2005, all of which warrants are presently exercisable.
This indicates that IBM currently zero RDOC stock, but they own a lot of warrants as I thought. Add up the warrant numbers from the footnote and you'll see they come to the full number mentioned in the table you posted. Another clue, as someone else mentioned, is that the table adds up to over 100% of the stock, and that's just the few major players (e.g. it doesn't count me!). Footnotes are important.
