well Ron I have posted the long post already ... To answer the selling the common is really simple there is no advantage to it. All three are right in there together. Common for $1.03, warrants for .44/.94 and the P $30/ .88.

Only advantage is the P and the dividend is not fully defined yet except the date of record.

Selling the common would not be very smart at all. You would lose money trying to buy the others. The P I think will move higher this next week as the 29Th approches. ALso selling the common is not going to get you more shares now.

Remember just because you sell the common is not going to drop anything but the common especially the P. As the P or warrants move up the common is going to follow.

Again P is going to jump a lot where the warrants will be more deliberate and the common will increase naturally. Also remember the real world is waking up. I am going to buy which ever is cheapest to get the most shares.

Oh and the dividend is not convertible for 17 more months so you better not buy the P unless you are willing to wait that long.
