Mel: I agree with your assessment. But, like Paul Harvey, lets hear the 'rest of the story.' I fear that e-data does not have the money to fund an appeal, those who have worked for a long time on the come with only stock as pay (as the PR guy everyone jumped on so unmercifully) have given 'freely' as far as they feel it is prudent to do so, and last, I think it is important when one of the posts here noted that Judge Jones was not patent oriented and neither was anyone on the appeals court. Despite the merit of the appeal, all seems stacked against it, unless some strong believer will ante up with $$$ or the company can do a private placement to fund the appeal. With none of the above available, I think our party is over and we will have to find another place to gather.
