Hello Tom,
Nobody makes you buy or sell anything so I don't think anyone is getting scammed unless the company deliberately issues false releases. Have they been less than truthful as to the timing of events, no sh)*(%^$# but that doesn't mean a scam is working. As to newsletters, I do my own diligence before I buy anything and if I don't like the story I get, I don't buy. If others are unable to follow those simple guidelines, that's their problem and I don't worry about them. Is this the first stock I've ever had drop 50%? Nope, and it won't be the last either but I don't run around crying about it. I take my losses and move on to something else. Have you ever been taken in on a scam? I have. I even visited the facility where the production was taking place and still got bent over and drilled but I didn't have any $$$ invested I couldn't walk away from. Didn't like it but since I could walk away from the investment, it allowed me to play another day.

I wasn't quite sure how to take your post to me and hope you weren't insinuating that I am/was involved in a scam as I'll promise you, my money invested is as real as anyones. I've reported conversations(albeit unsuccessful) with the company in good faith here in the hopes that others will do the same.

I'm still long this stock because I don't need the cash from a sale at these prices and I think/hope there is still merit to the info I've found out from here and other places.
