I concur that the Phoenix/Intel partnership will accelerate the acceptance of mobile PCs. In general, I believe I believe Intel is bringing Phoenix into their monopoly gradually. Intel would probably like to buy the entire company, but they'll still prosper by eventually holding 19%. The big opportunity will arrive in 1998 with the 64-bit architecture. Intel will change the entire HW/SW system to improve performance and keep AMD/Cyrix/DEC off balance. That'll require a lot of SW that will translate to the bottom line of Phoenix.
