I applaud your letter to the SEC and am considering my own. If you
read over the trading halt notice concerning RMIL they have many of
the same reasons to halt FAMH. If FAMH doesn't get itself together
EXTREMELY soon I will be calling the SEC next week and seeing if I
can get some action. I hold the management completely responsible
for derailing this company through their false and misleading statements
and dilluting our investment behind our backs. I am also very concerned
that apparently the "audited EPS" number from 1997 is in fact not
accurate either since we keep hearing claims that it will actually
be higher.... how can a final audited number change?

I'm seriously tired of being jerked around.
