I am running the following scans in Q+ and when I look at the charts that are produced, I find that the MA's have crossed several days ago and/or the the shorter MA is BELOW the longer MA. I copied and pasted them from somewhere on this thread and may have missed an update. Would appreciate someones help.

//Here is a scan for EMA's Crossing
AllGroup
close(0)>EMovAvg(0,5,cl) //Price is > 5dMA
EMovAvg(0,5,cl)>EMovAvg(0,13,cl) //5 dMA is > 13 dMA
EMovAvg(0,13,cl) > EMovAvg(0,39,cl) //13 dMA is > 39 dMA
EMovAvg(-1,13,cl) <= EMovAvg(-1,39,cl) //This is the cross;13thru39
Close(0)>=5 //Closing Price is > 5
AvgVol( 0,-30 ) >=1000 //Average volume is at least 100,000 shares over the last 30 days.

// The 5 day moving has crossed over the 40 day moving
AllGroup
EMovAvg(0,5,cl) > EMovAvg(0,40,cl) //The 5 day MA is above the 40 day ma today
EMovAvg(-1,5,cl) < EMovAvg(-1,40,cl) //The 5 day ma was below the 40 day ma yesterday
Close(0) >= 5 // At least a 5 dollar stock
AvgVol(0,-29) >= 1000 // The average volume is at least 100,000 shares

Thanks in advance
Monty
