Exactly what purpose does a warrant serve and what is the intent of the issuing company in providing them as investment vehicles?

Answer: Part #1 ... It serves to raise capital when exercised. Part #2 to raise capital.

Note: This stock structure was set up by American Coffee cup a year or so ago then they went out and a reverse of New Departure came in in Oct. then a reverse merger came in in January which is Arcon.

Now the stock structure is what attracted these reverse mergers. (Reverse Merger is where a public company buyout a private company and the private company takeovers the public company.)

When should the warrants be exercised regarding the cuurent climate of this companys situation the past week and coming week?

Answer: When ever you feel like exercising the warrant. That is an individual preference call.
