Thanks for the link, Kevin. It's bookmarked and I just finished looking at the "technology" section. I guess the next step is to get my hands on a price list from BXH. But they haven't even sent me my free T-shirt. :-) (Maybe I'll have to buy a FibreBox, first.) Which reminds me. When I called for the T-shirt, the gal on the phone was very nice, in a young and naive sort of way. She was obviously very happy to be with the company. The only other BXH contact I've had was with a guy on the street who's company was doing business with them. He really liked them.

Best I can tell, a fairly nice RAID set-up at the higher end is about $250K base. Sound right? Now, how much to up-grade to FC?

BTW, snooping and pooping through MTI's web-site shows CPQ at the top of their existing customer list for Solid State Disk. I wonder what the CPQ/DEC deal will do to that relationship and how much it will cost. (I assume the "new" CPQ won't have to pay someone else for storage.)
