I own both Dell and CPQ - I don't care who wins but I would sure like to see CPQ do something about their web site.

Try this experiment: Suppose you want to buy a SCSI drive to add to your computer. You should be able to find a nice list of all the SCSI drives and their prices with about two clicks from the homepage. Go try it. See how long it takes you to find the info and see how difficult it is to do a order.

The CPQ BTO is a joke. They never had it, don't have now, and unless they fire someone they won't have it in the future. There is absolutely no excuse for not having a BTO web site that is as easy to navigate as DELL and takes in double what DELL does (we have more products to sell).
