Is this the same Jadrew who thought that the loss of the M1 was fully factored in when SUF was @ $9? (940)
The same Jadrew who figured that it would be a good way out to negotiate at multiples of $8 Million? (812)

I assume that you are an SUF associate or at least a lawyer representing the "lottery" losers.

Why don't you leave once this M1 thing is over , if you can afford to?

Jadrew you can now begin worrying about ANGOLA (do you know where it is ?)

As to the rest of your posting:
1.De Beers and ? prospect the Marsfontein area.No heirs informed.
2.SUF (using ex-DB geologists) and ? prospect and find a deposit.
3.The heirs are ignored even though they are easily traceable.
4.Heirs approach SUF and are told to get lost repeatedly.
5.Heirs appear with brilliant legal representation.
5(a) SUF and RG appear with ? legal representation.
6.De Beers become involved as SUF refuse to negotiate with heirs.
7.Financial Post rehashes old press release about DME support.
8.SUF publish this NR knowing it to be an old letter.
9.INFOMAN publishes correct facts from heirs point of view-those who read it knew what the outcome of the court case would be.
9.INFOMAN publishes an official DME press release which SUF still ignores to this day about DME impartiality.
10.The Section 24 is published by GULL no-one reads it.
11.SUF stock starts falling as a result of uncertainty.
12.SUF goes to court and asks for an adjournment..
a.SUF abandon Section 17.
b.SUF abandon interdict restraining NGS from trading with rights.
c.SUF agree to compensate NGS R 75 Million under Section 24.
13.Share price drops to $7.
13.De Beers and SUF are still in negotiations.
14.The Minister will decide on Section 24.
15.Share price $7.65 , still a far way from your $9 range.

Jadrew I think that the time for dreaming is past.
Think about your own logic in your earlier postings.
Why get all political now just because SUF took a chance and lost?
The stakes were enormous and I think that an explanation is in order to explain to all interested parties why SUF:
a.Made no attempt to contact the heirs right in the beginning.
b.Made no attempt to finalize negotiations.
c.Proceeded to abandon the Section 17 and interdict if their case was strong.
d.Offer the heirs R75 Million at the end when it could have all been resolved months ago with no legal bills and cash flowing in from M1.
