andy:

I agree with you.......I will put some blame towards the pathetic way this company has been left to slide into oblivion.

This time last year I owned 6,000 shares of South Pacific....and I have been slowly but surely been baling out...to the point that I have 1,000 shares remaining.

As I got out of SHF..I invested what I had into two companies...Canarc Resources and Indomin. Both of these companies are worth peanuts compared to what they were worth pre Bre-X.

What is the difference between the way these companies have been managed since the fall of Junior mining compared to SHF?

The biggest difference is that both of these companies became aggressive in acquiring new prospects outside of Indonesia...as well both companies are now gold producers which will enable them to withstand the current crisis without diluting their shares.

What has South Pacific done in the past year..?...As far as I can tell they have done Nothing. And now with limited cash it does not look good.

I wish all the best...!

Regards:

Ron
