Mel, I agree with you whole heartedly. As a first time lurker, I would hit pass. I personally think that the thread in general has been beating the same issues over and over, maybe even beating it's own chest in frustration. I say let the new management team that is in place rectify the past mistakes. Some promising signs: the last CC where Arif couldn't remember the accounting firm's name off the top of his head. Response? A PR the next day with the firms name and number, a senior partner in the firm at the next CC to provide detailed information on the company and it's financial status, as well as a statement underscoring accountability and follow through as well as new accounting measures to centralize the company's many divisions to "dovetail" the necessary information into the NY office, as well as an active search for a veteran CFO. It seems to me that they are in the right direction. Jin.
