You mentioned the possibility of increasing the number of shares against the charter as illegal: Doesn't this also put his Lawyer, Brokerage House, and MM's in the same position as Jack Arnold CEO of the BOD? A possible conspiracy to commit illegal business practices against shareholders of CVIA? Additionally, the SEC should look into this issue.
