You're right, Freddy, and I apologize for calling you a jerk. But I do question your judgment in raising the spectre of an SEC investigation in a public post. Not everyone reading these posts is going to realize that your letter to the SEC probably wound up in the circular file. A better approach might have been to send a copy of your letter to Arif Adam without publishing it here. And Kevin, your assumption that I am a non shareholder is incorrect. I have held XXX,XXX shares since last October (which is a helluva lot more than you own!) Dick
