Hi Stuart. I am totally lost! Too many numbers. Could you please tell us what percentage of the new APN will be held by current shareholders (as compared to December 1997) once the 1:7 consolidation is completed, the purchases are paid for and incorporated into the new business and the debt converted into preferred convertible shares. Will we be left with 1/3, 1/4 or only 1/5 of the current APN? Pierre
