There was a young latino sentenced to a year in jail, recently in California.
He had made threats against the Asian community.

While not the same here (it was considered a hate crime); threats on the internet are still considered a crime I believe..no different if you had telephoned someone the threat.
My suggestion..have the post yanked, apologize, and Big Dog..will you name me beneficiary..pleeeeese?
