Sorry, it was an accident....as I meant to reply, but backed up to far {in my browser} while doing some research...ok, here it is:

you said:
You either do not have a clue as to what this company does, or else you know and are deliberately trying to mislead people...

I have held a position in this stock, both when it was ACSI {w/a different president} and also under APTX....

I have no reason to mislead people, my intention is to inform them of what my experience w/this issue has been.

I have followed it, and when I got my real-time, thought I'd try it again..{this issue} Well, everytime I thru my bid in, higher than the the actual bid showing, mine would register...and also the ask would increase. I kept this up for a move of 5/32, and along with it, up went the ask... After awhile of watching this..... I didn't like the way 'they' were playing...<smile> {just my opinion}

APTX, since the acquisition of The Digital Group, has been engaged
in industrial level fabric printing...

Since this, I see that that:

hoovers.com

They used to have only 8 employees, I like to keep a a copy of this file, but I see that I do not have it on this new server I installed at years end...I might have it on tape, but not worth my time to go sifting thru them.

The 3M printer they are testing is enormous and would look pretty
silly wedged in a mall kiosk..

Silly? Quite the opposite...I think it would be pretty damn impressive sitting there, 'making product' i mean $$$

And last but not least, you said:

Please either study further
(http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/908338/0001047469-98-015757.tx
t) or else declare your short position..

I have no short position, neither do I have the time that I 'want' to invest into reasearching this any further at this time.... You might want to look at the "Shares Outstanding" columns of both of these sites:

hoovers.com

hoovers.com

I myself, have decided {at least for the present, and the past I've witnessed}, that this company seems to be just supporting itself by the issuance of stock...

And didn't you just say in post #73 here:

Anyone hear the outcome of today's meeting? They were considering
authorizing an additional 30M shares...

What was the outcome, from the decline in stock price...this baby's gonna get diluted again, dropping it one more time...

BTW, I've noticed nothing being said about this being delisted from NASDAQ to an OTC:BB issue either from failure to conform to the $1.00 minimun....do you have anything on that?

As it stands now, the only + activity I've seen on this, is that sometime last quarter of '97, it picked up "Institutional Shareholders" and that is (1) totalling a "whooping" 3,000 shares... Makes me just want to jump on the high dive.

If you have any more info than I do, I'd love to hear it..

Thx for your time, and again...these opinions are based on my past "first hand" experience w/this issue.
