Well, now they did get it through the legislative process pretty quickly, don't you think? I mean, one legislative session, and we have approval, penalty laws passed, and everything. In my state, Tx, that feat would've probably taken, at the very least, 2 sessions, before even making it to the floor for a vote, and then another to get it approved, without the penalty considerations. In fact, the compliance penalties would've probably killed the whole bill down here. And now that Coconino has approval, they don't want to seem like they are rushing into operational status, just to assure us, at least, I hope not.
Anything a co. does that involves Government regulations, contracts, environmental compliance, or required procedures always takes twice as much time as starting up a regular co., so I feel like Mike M. has good reason to get a little testy with all the inquiries he's probably gotten lately. I'm just glad that people are interested enough to ask.
