If you are sure of your evaluation of the company, the time to buy is when the price is low. When the price drops, you should not brood because the others fail to preceive the quality of the stock, but rejoice that that market, once again gave you an opportunity. The hungry opportunists will again come back when what-ever crisis is over and return SAVLY to that once staring example of how trading can set you free.

Of course if you are stretched out in margin, perhaps you should reconsider how you are investing, not what you are investing in.
