Now, maybe I am being naive here....but I cannot believe all these people are asking about warrants vs. preferred vs. common. You have explained this many times.
My take on this: Ultimately, it doesn't matter which stock you own....just as long as you own it. Yes, the preferred has an advantage before May 29. And the warrants, well, you had better understand how to exercise them before you buy them.
If people spend too much time contemplating which type of MIDL to buy, then they could possibly miss the boat.
They need to look at the company and the product. THAT (IMO) should be what they are buying.
The phrase "Can't see the forest for the trees" comes to mind.
