Dwight - Do a search in the LA Times, Business Section about 3 years or so ago. An article on the CEO of INNN appeared and outlined the bad blood between these companies. Also, stated that NTN had a swore (sp) statement from a gentleman that was in a meeting with the CEO and the Downs when they were discussing the problems of transmission of QB1 over the air waves. Of course, the CEO of INNN call the guy a liar. Any way, based on a previous settlement, NTN can use the Patent
royal free for ever, as long as it does not transmitt directly to TV , as I understand it. That is why the Superme (sp) Court did not hear the Case. I would image the reason the company (NTN) settled was that they had thier backs up-agaisnt the wall (short on cash) and this gave them what they needed to continue in business. What would you of done?? The Patent is being disputed by another company, ZING, I think.

You INNN guys are/were not hurting my feelings on Prodigy. Still are not.

Only time will tell if INNN comes back to life. We know NTN has a life and is about ready to grow-up. By-the-way, do you know this NTN employee who posted the negative notes??? Are those posts true? You take his word for it? The Downs have big EGOs too, but they finally made another smart discision to pass the reins on to Jerry. I am guessing, but it had to be a touch discision, but they were looking out for thier shareholders and did the right thing.

Did you happen to listen to the Conference Call? We are still the only game in town and will be for the future to come, unless a company comes along and pays us BIG $$$ to get the company.

Jim
