I know for a fact that the artwork wasn't sold. My friend gave me the artist's phone number. I will call him personally and verify and get back with you. I will let you know on Tuesday or Wednesday once I confirm. Because if it turns out to be true what I think, then we will know whose source is correct and then maybe we can start trading facts, not fiction. In talking to the people in charge of selling this art, I just don't think it ever happened.
