hi Peter, the private placement looks like a variation of what I suggested a few days ago, only better! a 12% coupon is about triple the rate banks pay for funds on deposit, and in addition to that, investors have 2 plays: at 20 cents a share and a kicker at 25 cents. the release mentioned non arms length investors in addition to arms length outside investors... how much of $650,000 comes from directors & officers? how much did you loan BCB @ 12%? btw, this deal adds 3,250,000 new shares outstanding upon conversion, and a bunch more if the 25 cent warrants are exercised. when will it be time to consolidate the shares so they'll trade at a more respectable price?
