Sure, Consumers have the right to choose the software. The question to you is based
on the current win98 set up, do you lose your right of choosing browsers? Can you download the navigator if you do not like explorer ? If you can, then MSFT
has done nothing wrong at all. Companies have every right to improve its products
to compete in the market. No exception for either Microsoft or NSCP.
