I think that DeBeers are getting a little desparate these days as several juniors are making major diamond finds (Aber, Diamet, Southern Era and others). Its like they are scrambling to get a piece of the action in situations like MPV and Troymin. Nobody wants to let them market their diamonds. So they have to try to steal someone else's find.
