Irby, Thanks for the great Resource Guide. It would be nice to have in it a kind of FAQ for those of us who wants to open an account with an U.S. broker. Personally, I'd like to open an account with Yamner, but prospects of having to file Income Tax in the U.S. and dealing with IRS scares me away. Since you started trading with a U.S. broker, you probably did some research. Could you shed some light on taxes for Canadians in the U.S.? TIA IF anybody else can share this information with us, s/he is more than welcome.
