Candle stick ... very amusing stuff, you quote parts of SEC filings largely written by lawyers representing standard CYA type disclosures as a basis for concern ... thanks for the "insight" as evidenced from your past posts ... " ....there can be no assurance that the Company will be able to obtain additional financing on favorable terms, if at all, or that such financing will be available in a timely manner. If additional financing were not available on a timely basis, the Company would be required to delay satellite and/or launch vehicle construction in order to conserve cash to fund continued operations, which would cause delays in the commencement of operations and increased costs."
