QUAL:

To make a short story neither shorter nor longer I'd have to say that 5/1 did not qualify as a signal day since the close was at the ask and the bid had not ticked up off the low. I agree that QUAL is a potentially more vivacious PGDCEB (is there an oxymoron in there somewhere?). I still expect a multiple signal but that's neither hair nor there considering the potential involved. Why, I'd even sit through one or two ticks below the signal day low on it after watching you and DAVE grapple with that before you emerged with whip and chair intact.
