I would think LISTED, in their parlance, would be NYSE, AMEX, or NASDAQ. So, even a $4 BB stock would be exempt from the penny a share surcharge.

But then, once your .05 stock hits $5, would you really mind giving up that last .01 per share? <gg>

BTW, another issue with NDB...if I buy the same security three times in one day, there is only one ticket charge($19.75 limit on-line, $14.75 market on-line)..Add $8 for using a live broker. Same applies to sells.

So, three on-line buys in the morning followed by three on-line sells in the afternoon...$39.50 flat plus SEC fees. Not bad, huh?
