Thanks for the input Hugh.

In another situation, ADK.V tried to do a reverse split and the shareholders got together and stopped that at the AGM. The company had to back down. It was believed many of the characters involved with that company were suspect and the shareholders were paying for their antics.

I am sure there are more stories out there.

It would be nice if we could get more people involved to phone, fax or email the VSE on May 28, 1998 to let them know how we feel. Perhaps sending them a copy of Adrian's message and asking them to bring us back into the trading game. I am sure there are many shareholders who have been the victims of halts, suspensions and de-listings who would like to let them know how they feel about these tactics.

It is nice to know we are not alone. Spread the word.

I was thinking Thursday next week because it will give us more time
to get the word out. What do you think?
It would be great to have hundreds of investors call, complain, and inquire.

I spoke with surveilance today ..... here's what I found out.

All the individuals are ex-brokers, accountants, geologists, market analysts
and so forth. My guess is that they really wanted to be customs officers
but didn't make the cut. Power & Authority - (the pencil dick compensation
model).

Anyway, surveilance enforces VSE policies and guidelines.
If companies don't comply, the exchange has disciplinary guidelines.
In cases of misguided directors or executives, a resignation may
get a stock trading again. However, these hucksters typically walk away,
with a slap on the wrist and likely $$$$$$$$$$$ in their pockets.
In cases of fraud, it is a police matter and a criminal investigation.
The VSE has nothing to do with such cases.
Who pays for all this .... you and I.
We are the backbone of the markets and get treated like dirt.
Time to reclaim our power!

1) Call Michael Johnson VSE President - complain about SKB case and VSE
689-3334
2) Fax - Michael Johnson - fax 688-5041
3) Leave as many voice mails as possible and tell him this is completely
unacceptable.
4) VSE is trying to go into junior markets, which of course are even less
accountable than what we have now. Let Michael know we will be making
lots of noise about SKB and all the other suspended, delisted, and nontrading
stocks.
5) Call surveilance - 643-6505 - a few names - Jody - Dan - Meika
6) Fax surveilance - 689-1430 - Tell them this is unacceptable
7) Call Andrey at SKB - tell him this is unacceptable - fire whoever
or resign. Pressure him into correcting this now!
8) Fax and E-mail Andrey - tell him we will not accept this anymore.
9) Inform Andrey that we will come after them legally with a lawsuit.
10) File complaints against the VSE
11) Lets have a leaky VSE investigation now! Maybe Barret will chair.

12) Let's have a non trading day soon. Drag the volume way down as
a show of solidarity.
No investors will trade out of protest.
Anyone who ever has lost money on a delisting or crooked deal
should support this.
13) Let's make VSE accountable to the investors.
14) Let's make SKB accountable to us.

Let's do it.
We need to keep sending the same messages.
