Thanks Ross but I think the "9 binders" that you identified would be excellent bedtime reading, but I don't need to cure my insomnia that badly. Some issues that I was hoping you would touch on, if you are able are:

1. The "Sprung" enclosure you identified, does one not need something more for security purposes than piece of new canvas?? I'm picturing a significant amount of gold being poured into bars and with that goes $$$$ and possibly a criminal element. Maybe I don't have the picture quite right.

2. The feasibility study that has been completed already, could Armada openly court the Big Boys(Barrick, Placer Dome, etc.) for the property by sending them a copy of the study? I mean if you truly want a date you should send out the correct signals. The reason I ask is that I've heard of other companies doing this.

3. Have any companies been out to the gold property to kick the rocks, look at core samples, or make any expression of interest?

4. Is there any drilling or other work going on at the gold property?
5. Juniors over the last few years didn't have much trouble getting $$$ for exploration and development. But now being post Bre X, would Armada need to go off shore for money to develop a project of this size, or are domestic banks interested in anything this risky?

6. I remember reading in the the Financial Post a month or two ago that a fund out of the states bought a large number of Armada's shares but I can't find the article. Do you remember when it was published and the number of shares that were involved?

7. The US S.E.C Exemption (12g3-2(b) 82-3965)that is on all of the news releases, is that an approval clearance number so that Armada could get a listing on an American Exchange. And if so is that something Armada is pursuing now or expects to in the future?

Thanks for your time with this Ross. I appreciate any information you can give me on this because I have been acquiring Armada for sometime now and find it extremely hard to believe that something with 8 million oz. of gold, all of that copper is sitting at $0.35(so don't pinch me if I'm dreaming). I know that wouldn't be the case a couple of years ago but that's the market today. I expect that will change if the financing goes through and the feasibility study is positive.
