Actually it is the government who promoted the monopoly. Thinking about the
patent right. TI first invented the DRAM, and later any other companies who
developed DRAMs with the similar technology (eventhough , those copmpanies can
develop the same technology independently without any help from TI) will have to pay a royalty to TI . This will put TI on a monopoly position in DRAM business. This is what is called monopoly. And a real conduct of monopoly. So, there is no real justice
in the world at all !!!!
