Christine, I think it would be a wonderful idea for you to take some of these battered children into YOUR home. From everything you've said I am certain that you are the best mommy in the world and would give these children all of the love and nurturing they will need to become responsible adults. The state of CA will give you a generous allowance for each child that you take in. Just think Christine, you will be getting paid to cuddle. Jim
