Notice the stock went to 5 3/8. I told you that it must hold this price else the long term is seriously in doubt. The problem is this: The FED is leaning against ease. They're fighting the liquidity state by selling money when the fed funds rate drops below 5 1/2. They are telegraphing that they have to implement a slight tightening to introduce some caution. Perhaps it's a preamble to more meaty moves. This has been murder on great expectations companies many of whom have lost 30 - 50% in several days. For ODIS this has revealed that there is no confidence in this company. No bids below.

You all know the long term on-going problems. The intermediate term is being clouded by retrenching by major company's IT cost outlays as their profitability slows. ODIS front ran revenues to make analyst's estimate of flat. They should have lost the $.07 I predicted, but they thought they could escape with less damage by robbing Peter to pay Paul. They gambled and now there's enough info on the second quarter to realize another earnings disappointment is at hand. The potential revenues couldn't be reeled in and now the piper must be paid. I don't like revenue recognition games, but managements have that privilege.

Insider selling is almost always irrelevant. There was three times daily average volume traded on a quiet day. No doubt supporting institutions were absent. Tuesday and Wednesday will be important.

Why do you think venture capitalists are involved? The company has been public for two years. If there are any venture capitalists still around, they wouldn't sell now unless the company is perceived to be headed for complete bust. In that case you'd want to sell. So if you're right, you should sell. Actually you should never sell because you don't hold the shares for purposes of capital gains. This company is your child. You hold its shares for personal reasons. You don't abandon a child who gets poor grades in school. Good grades don't guarantee success. Gates dropped out. So your child could be very successful or turn into a criminal.
