Dale: I would be careful shorting Japan. In the same issue of Barron's (hidden inside the piece that says somehting about the satellite) there is a guy who made a ton shorting Japan and who is now going long. he mentions the fact how all foreigners are out but the locals have started buying. I guess he may be kind of a smart contrarian who may be a bit early. According to Marc Faber (in a recent conference), these markets will have a false bounce before they head up. I just don't know which way Japan may be headed. Pancho
